Our Team

Joe Kiefer joined Hahn Realty Corp. as a general partner in September, 2008. In 2014, Joe became the sole owner of Hahn Realty and renamed the business, Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services. Joe has grown the business into the premier commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Evansville MSA market. With 18 agents and employees, the firm handles typical brokerage work along with property and facility management.

Joe has worked as both a developer and a broker. His representation has included numerous investment properties, retail, industrial, medical, multi-family, agricultural, recreational and general office projects. He represents Tenants, Landlords and Buyers and Sellers.

Joe has twice been a recipient as Indiana Retail Top Performer by ICREX and recognized for leading Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services as Small Business of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce.

Joe holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management and Technology from Indiana State University, a Master's in Arts & Liberal Studies from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master's in Public Administration from Indiana State University. In addition, Joe is active in leadership roles in his community, serving numerous civic and charity boards. Joe has over 20 years of public service as an elected official serving currently as a county council.

Joe serves on numerous voluntary boards and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a candidate of CCIM, member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, SW Indiana Board of Realtors, Greater Owensboro Realtor Association, Kentucky Real Estate Exchange and the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange.

Jerry has been a lifelong Evansville resident except for his time spent at Vanderbilt and Purdue Universities where he studied Engineering and earned his BS degree in Construction Management and Technology. Jerry spent 15 years in the commercial construction business, ten of those years as a partner at Empire Contractors, Inc. He has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1997 working previously as the head of commercial services for Prudential Prime Locations, Realtors. Jerry has been actively involved in the community through the years serving on many boards and committees. He was a ten-year member of the Evansville Utility Board and formerly a ten-year member of the Evansville Boys and Girls Club Board. Jerry has served or is currently still serving on the Boards of several local businesses.
Jerry is active in all areas of commercial real estate brokerage but specializes in new commercial development work, office buildings and industrial sales and leasing. Jerry remains close with the local building industry and has a good grasp of site development issues, construction costs, tenant improvement costs, building code issues, local zoning, and drainage issues, etc. Jerry is a member of the Indiana & National Association of Realtors and the
Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He holds an Indiana Brokers license as well as his Evansville-Vanderburgh County Commercial Builders license and Unlimited Roofers license.

Gayla Gubler is a Broker at Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services, representing clients for leasing, sales and
property manager for out of state owners. Before joining Hahn Kiefer, worked for Regency Properties. Has been involved in commercial real estate
for the past 35 years. Gayla has worked with many national retailers such as, Dollar General, JC Penney's, Sears, Goodyear,
Ollies and many local retailers. Currently has a Real Estate Broker license in Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi
and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Josey McLaughlin was born and raised in southwestern Indiana and lived a short time in Charleston South Carolina. She joined Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services in 2018 as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Marketing Specialist. In 2020 she became an Associate Broker and Notary Public. During her short time with the company Josey has proved herself to be an outstanding young professional. Her work ethic, charisma, and enthusiastic nature landed her a spot-on local leader and longtime real estate professional Joe Kiefer's team in 2021. Josey's
natural affinity for creating connections and developing relationships with people from all walks of life has catapulted her career. She has a very auspicious future ahead of her.

Ryan Black received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He joined Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services in 2021.

Ryan has previous experience in commercial banking and property management, most recently serving as Property Manager for Regency Property Services, where he managed the performance and operation of thirty shopping centers which totaled 2,926,092 SF in a thirteen state area. Ryan has been a lifelong Evansville resident and is active in the community. He has served on several Boards including Vanderburgh County Redevelopment Commission and Vanderburgh County Community Correction Committee. Ryan is a member of the Southwest Indiana Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
