A native of Gibson County, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge from his business, banking, and economic development experience. He grew up farming and graduated from Florida State University with a degree in business management. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial and retail banking in Gibson County, Evansville, and other areas in Southwestern Indiana. Most recently, he was the President/CEO of Gibson County Economic Development Corp. He has also been actively involved in the Vanderburgh and Gibson County communities having served on the boards of the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce, Community Foundation, and Downtown Evansville plus many other community boards.

Krystal has been licensed since 2003, and she was raised in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry which has fostered a lifelong passion for construction, architecture and design. Krystal specializes in development, new construction, estates, equine properties, market supply and demand, highest and best use analysis, 1031 Exchange and both residential and commercial property sales. She has held a Distinctive Property Specialist designation. Krystal is managing broker eligible, and she has volunteered in various youth sports organizations throughout the Southwest Indiana area.

Nick Muensterman is a commercial real estate broker known for bringing investment-grade analysis and developer-level insight to every transaction. With a foundation in accounting and institutional finance, combined with hands-on experience in high-rise development and construction management, Nick offers clients a uniquely comprehensive perspective on evaluating-and elevating-commercial property performance.

Nick launched his career in New York City with Ernst & Young, auditing hedge funds, private equity groups, and alternative investment portfolios. There, he developed a deep understanding of capital structure, fund strategy, and the rigorous financial modeling that drives institutional decision-making. This background now informs his approach to underwriting, asset valuation, and deal structuring for investor clients.

He later joined Howard Hughes Holdings in NYC then transferred to Honolulu, Hawaii, contributing to the design and construction management of multiple luxury condominium towers within the acclaimed Ward Village development. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams on multi-hundred-million-dollar projects, Nick gained firsthand expertise in cost analysis, feasibility, scheduling, and complex development execution - experience that translates directly into his advisory work for investors seeking to build, expand, or reposition assets.
