Will’s interest in commercial real estate began when he moved back to Evansville from Southern California and bought his first investment property. He saw first-hand the important role real estate plays in a diversified portfolio and the attendant tax benefits.
While in California, Will worked for NYK Logistics, a multi-billion dollar company that offers transportation services, warehousing, and international logistics services. Will was an Accounts Manager, working with Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola Supply, The Home Depot, Georgia Pacific Chemical Division, and CVS Pharmacy.
Will’s is a fourth generation Evansville native. His grandfather started Universal Operating, Inc., a crude oil operating and production company. Will has worked in the family business since high school, and learned the oil business, literally, from the ground up. He has developed a comprehensive network of land owners, investors, and state agency contacts.
